1st day of script checking

I suppose I am very happy, because i met all my aims:
LA A
Chem A+
Chinese C

But i think its human nature to feel unhappy with what you have and always strive for more. I'm sure many people have the: "I could have done better feeling" and I agree! However, complaining and basically being a bitch about your results only makes yourself and the people around you unhappy.Accept it and move on. "I COULD have done better", not "I HAVE done better." If you are unhappy, study harder the next time. This isn't the end of the world.

I know I might sound like a hypocrite here, because you might think: Results get so good then bu shuang us complaining is it. A borderline pass for chinese isn't very good okay. I'm not dissing anyone, but if you did not meet your targets, thats just life. Deal with it. I had 2 Ds for chinese, but tried my best and managed to pass this time. As long as you long you did your best, its okay whatever you got.

Eugene said something today. He said that he should just lower all his expectations and aim for B for everything. This way, he would get upset with any results. I wont judge, but is this the way to think? This mindset only belittles yourself and does only harm and no good.

Strangely, I think I have changed a lot this year. I remember myself having that exact same mindset in year 1 and 2. Omg i sound so fake in this post -.-

All the same, I am unhappy with my results. My compre+summary is horrible, which spoilt my whole LA paper. Many careless mistakes in chem, and even though I dont want to admit it, I could have done better in chinese.

Also, I wish that people will stop being hypocrites by making a fuss whenever someone gets a high mark. Like magic, that fuss would disappear the instance they got something higher. Following logic, shouldn't they get angry with themselves for getting a high mark?! Its childish and so primary school. Grow up.

Why do I sound so angry..? I hope no one reads this as they may get offended :(

In some ways, I wish they would just give us a envelope with all our papers inside and everything is confidential. Why make us spend hours in a room to feel unhappy when we see others' results? Doesn't make sense, does it.

Reaching the end of my post here..
I'm quite worried for tomorrow's papers. Phy and hist cfm killers D:
I think that sometimes, we should learn from shinmin's Idontgiveadamn attitude. It's just a grade and wont affect you whatsoever in year 4. Even if the teachers mark you unfairly, confirm others also get marked unfairly, maybe even more so.
